摘    要:
目的 初步探讨机器人辅助微创食管切除术(robotic-assisted minimally invasive esophagectomy,RAMIE)治疗食管癌的可行性和安全性。方法 回顾性分析中国人民解放军总医院第六医学中心实施的RAMIE手术,汇总所有病例的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症和死亡等围手术期数据。结果 本中心在2018年8月—2019年2月共计实施RAMIE手术12例,均顺利完成,无一例中转。术中出血量为(206.2±77.2)mL,手术时间为(251.0±52.6)min。术后严重并发症3例(25.0%),其中吻合口瘘发生2例(16.7%),肺部感染1例(8.3%)。因术后肺部感染死亡1例(8.3%)。结论 RAMIE安全、可行,值得有条件的单位尝试、推广。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of robotic-assisted minimally invasive esophagectomy (RAMIE) for esophageal cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the RAMIE surgery in the Sixth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, and summarized the perioperative data of all cases, including the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and deaths. Results A total of 12 cases of RAMIE surgery were performed in the Center from August 2018 to February 2019, all of which were successfully completed, and none of them was transferred to thoractomy. The intraoperative blood loss was (206.2±77.2)mL, and the operative time was (251.0±52.6) minutes. Postoperative major complications occurred in 3 cases (25.0%), including anastomotic fistula in 2 cases (16.7%) and pulmonary infection in 1 case (8.3%). Postoperative pulmonary infection resulted in 1 death (8.3%). Conclusion RAMIE is generally safe and feasible.
