摘    要:目的 :探讨理工科大学生择业效能感的发展特点。方法 :采用自编“中国大学生择业效能感问卷” ,被试为石家庄市理工科大学生 5 0 7名。结果 :该被试群体的择业效能感水平存在显著的年级差异 ,并有男生高于女生的倾向。结论 :理工科大学生 ,特别是女生群体以及新入学男生在择业的各个方面均需要帮助
