山莨菪碱对急性颈髓损伤后血浆及脑脊液中内皮素-1含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究山莨菪碱(654-2)对内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法:用放免法(RIA)测定急性颈髓损伤患血浆及脑脊液中ET-1含量。结果:急性颈髓损伤后血浆及脑脊液ET-1明显升高,经山莨菪碱治疗组ET-1较创伤对照组明显下降。结论:急性颈髓损伤后神经元坏死可能与ET-1水平升高有关,山莨菪碱可通过降低ET-1水平而发挥对脊髓神经元的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of anisodamine (654 -2) on levels of endothelin - 1 (ET-1) in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) after acute cervical spinal cord injury. Methods The levels of ET - 1 in the plasma and CSF after acute cervical spinal cord injury were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The levels of ET - 1 in the plasma and CSF increased significantly after acute cervical spinal cord injury and decreased markedly after the therapy of 654 - 2. Conclusion These data suggest that the increasing of ET - 1 may play an important part in causing neuronal death after acute cervical spinal cord injury. And the 654 -2 can protect the cervical spinal cord neurons by decreasing levels of ET - 1.
