肉羊场养殖档案的构成及要求

畜牧养殖场建立健全系统、规范的养殖档案不仅是《中华人民共和国畜牧法》的法定要求,而且对羊场的养殖部署与生产安排有着重要的借鉴和指导意义,然而养殖档案及生产技术资料的收集、整理与分析至今是新疆肉用羊场各项工作中的短板,存在着认识不到位、重视度不够、缺乏专职的专业档案人员等问题。本文针对新疆肉羊场养殖档案的现状与存在问题,初步探讨了肉羊场建立养殖档案应遵循的原则、肉羊场养殖档案的主要构成及建档过程中应注意的事项,提出了养殖档案资料的收集时间要保持相对稳定,各种生产数据资料要进行统计分析后才能用来指导生产;纸质版的档案要进行电子化转换并多做备份以防不虞损失;纸质版档案则一定要妥善保管等建议,供同行参考。

Composition and Requirements of the Breeding Archives in Mutton Sheep Farm

It is not only the statutory requirement of the Animal Husbandry Law of the people’s Republic of China to establish and perfect the systematic and standardized breeding archives in livestock farms, but also an important reference and guidance for animal raising and production management. However, the collection,sorting and analysis of the breeding archives and production technical data are still shortcomings in muttonsheep farms in our district, and there exist some problems, such as insufficient recognition and attention, lack of full-time professional archivists, etc. In view of the current situation and existing problems, the principles to be followed in the establishment of the breeding archives were preliminarily discussed, as well as the main composition of the breeding archives and the matters needing attention in the establishment process, then some suggestions also were put forward, including the collection time of the archives should be relatively stable, all kinds of production data should be used to guide production after statistical analysis, the paper-version archives should be electronically converted and backed up to prevent possible loss, and the paper-version archives should be kept properly, etc. The above suggestions were for peer reference.
