摘    要:
目的:通过对鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及其对常用抗生素的耐药分析,为临床感染的防治及合理选择抗生素提供依据.方法:回顾性分析2011年10月至2012年10月来自我院住院患者送检标本(包括伤口分泌物、痰、尿等)中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的分布科室及对11种常用抗生素进行耐药性分析,用Vitek32鉴定系统鉴定菌种和纸片法检测耐药性.结果:分离的鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在ICU、干部病房、呼吸科感染患者,11种抗生素中仅亚胺培南耐药率最低,为28.7%.结论:鲍曼不动杆菌已成为院内感染常见条件致病菌之一,尤其在重症监护室,且耐药性高,应引起临床重视.

Abstract:
Objective: By analyzing clinical distribution and drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics of Acinetobacter baumannii ,to provide the basis for the prevention and control of clinical infection and for the reasonable choice of antibiotics. Methods:Retrospective analysis of October 2011-October 2012 separated from our hospital inpatients samples (including wound secretion, sputum, urine, etc. ) the distribution departments of Acinetobacter baumannii and 11 kinds of commonly used antibiotics drug resistance analysis ,with Vitek32 identification system to identify bacteria and slip method to detect drug resistance.Results: Acinetobacter baumannii separated are mainly distributed in the ICU, cadre ward, respiratory infection patients, 11 kinds of antibiotics, only imipenem the lowest rate was 28.7%.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii has become one common opportunistic pathogen of nosocomial infection, and the resistance is high, should be paid attention during clinical.
