严重功能障碍住院患者康复辅助器具应用调查

目的：探讨功能障碍者特别是严重功能障碍者对康复辅助器具的需求及使用情况。方法：预先设计调奄表，通过调阅病历、查询治疗记录、查询辅助器具配备记录等方法，统计400例脑外伤、脑卒中、脊髓损伤、截肢、烧伤等病种患者辅助器具配备和应用情况。结果：严重功能障者中，146例（36．5％）在入院前配备了辅助器具，但其中102例（53．68％）不符合要求；住院后共336例（84％）配备了辅助器具，配备辅助器具数量由高到低分别为压力农（1517件）、矫形器（381件）、生活辅具（286件）、轮椅（157台）、助行器具（76件）和假肢（51件）。配备后各类患者巴氏指数（MBI）均较配备前显著提高（P〈O．01）。结论：目前国内辅具服务不能满足功能障碍者的需要，建议通过健全辅具服务网络、规范辅具服务流程、加强人才培养等措施，提高辅具服务能力。

The investigation and application of rehabilitation aids in hospitalized patients with severe dysfunction

Results： In all those patients with severe impaired function, 146 eases（36.5%） were equipped with assistive devices before admission, but 102 cases（53. 68%） of the assistive devices did not meet the requirements. All 336 patients（84 %） were equipped with assistive devices after admission, including pressure garments（ 1517） , orthopedics（ 381 ） , self care aids（286） , wheelchairs （ 157 ） , walking aids （ 76 ）, and prosthetics（51 ） respectively. The scores of MBI were obviously increased（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The current assisrive device and assistive service can not meet the needs of people with dysfunction. A sound service network, specification process of aids service,and personnel training were recommended to improve the assistive devices service.
