走罐疗法配合中药治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病32例疗效观察

目的 观察走罐疗法配合中药治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病的疗效.方法 32例寻常型斑块型银屑病患者在辨证口服中药的基础上,配合走罐治疗,观察治疗2周、4周后的银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI评分)和临床疗效.结果 32例患者PASI评分治疗前为(17.97±6.24),治疗2周后为(7.61±2.53),治疗4周后为(2.48±1.18),PASI评分治疗2周后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗4周后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗4周后与治疗2周后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗2周后总有效率为75.00%,治疗4周后总有效率为87.50%.结论 运用走罐疗法配合中药治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病具有较好疗效.

Curative effect of movable cupping therapy combing Chinese medicinal on common plaque psoriasis in 32 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of movable cupping therapy combing Chinese medicinal on common plaque psoriasis.Methods The patients(n=32) were given movable cupping therapy on the base of syndrome differentiation and oral Chinese medicinal.The area of plaque psoriasis,severe degree index(PASI score) and curative effect were observed 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment.Results In 32 patients,PASI score was(17.97±6.24) before treatment,(7.61±2.53) two weeks after treatment and(2.48±1.18) four weeks after treatment.The difference in PASI score before treatment compared with that 2 weeks after treatment showed a statistical significant(P<0.01),and that before treatment compared with that 4 weeks after treatment showed a statistical significant(P<0.01).The difference in PASI score 2 weeks after treatment compared with that 4 weeks after treatment showed a statistical significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 75.00% after two weeks and 87.50% after four weeks.Conclusion The movable cupping therapy combing Chinese medicinal has a good curative effect on common plaque psoriasis.
