清热解毒法辅助治疗重型流行性乙型脑炎169例临床观察

目的观察清热解毒法治疗重型流行性乙型脑炎的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的169例重型流行性乙型脑炎,采用随机数字表法随机分为西药对照组79例(西医常规治疗)和中药治疗组90例(西医常规治疗+中药),分别比较临床疗效、症状、体征改善情况及平均住院时间。结果治疗组平均降温时间(5.50±1.30)d、意识恢复平均时间(5.84±1.03)d、平均缓解抽搐时间(2.23±1.19)d、平均住院天数(23.00±2.19)d,均比对照组短,临床疗效优于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒法辅助西医常规治疗重型流行性乙型脑炎有显著疗效。

Treatment of severe epidemic type B encephalitis with adjuvant therapy of clearing heat and removing toxicity in 169 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of therapy of clearing heat and removing toxicity on severe epidemic Japanese B encephalitis.Methods The patients(n =169) diagnosed as severe epidemic type B encephalitis were randomly divided into control group(n =79) and treatment group(n =90) by using random digits table.The control group was treated with routine therapy of Western medicine and treatment group,with routine therapy of Western medicine combining Chinese medicinals.The curative effect,relief of symptoms and signs and average period of hospitalization were compared between two groups.Results In treatment group,average detemperature time (5.50 ± 1.30) d],average consciousness recovery time (5.84 ± 1.03) d],average duration of convulsion (2.23±1.19) d] and average hospital days (23.00±2.19) d] were all shorter than those in control group,and the curative effect was better than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The therapy of clearing heat and removing toxicity assisting routine treatment of western medicine has a significant curative effect on severe epidemic type B encephalitis.
