Abstract: | Conclusions Raising the efficiency of air hypotherms by increasing the velocity of the cooling current and using a special device for cooling the head coverings has made possible the creation of apparatuses for craniocerebral hypothermy in which air is used in the capacity of coolant. This solves the problem of treating patients with open skull-brain injuries and during the post-operative period of neurosurgery. Moscow.
