| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针加悬灸百会治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将78例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组采用电针结合悬灸百会治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为84.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电针加悬灸百会是一种治疗颈性眩晕的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus suspended moxibustion over Baihui in treating cervical vertigo.Methods Seventy-eight patients with cervical vertigo were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus suspended moxibustion over Baihui and the control group,electroacupuncture alone.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 84.2% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus suspended moxibustion over Baihui is an effective way to treat cervical vertigo. |
