针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征38例临床观察

摘    要:
目的 :观察针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效 ,及其对体液免疫、细胞免疫调节的影响。 方法 :针刺足三里、三阴交、关元、百会穴 ,同时测定治疗前后体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 、C4 的含量和细胞免疫CD+ 3 、CD+ 4 、CD+ 8的含量。结果 :显效 18例 ,占 4 7 4 % ;有效 15例 ,占 39 4 % ;总有效率为86 8%。针刺治疗后C3 、C4 含量较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时CD+ 4 水平下降 ,CD+ 8水平升高 ,CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值下降 ,与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征可以显著改善临床症状 ,消除体征 ,并提示对异常的补体有纠正作用 ,对细胞免疫系统有调节作用

Abstract:
Purpose To Observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment on chronic fatigue syndrome, and effects on humoral immunity and cellular immunity. Methods Acupuncture was given at Zusanli(ST 36), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Guanyuan(CV 4) and Baihui(GV 20), and contents of IgG,IgA, IgM, C 3, C 4, and CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8 before and after treatment were determined. Results Eighteen cases were markedly effective, accounting for 47 4%; 15, effective, accounting for 39 4%, with a total effective rate of 86 8%; After acupuncture treatment, contents of C 3 and C 4 decreased significantly as compared with that before treatment (P<0.05), and CD + 4 level decreased, CD + 8 raised and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio decreased, with significant difference as compared with that before treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can improve markedly clinical symptoms, eliminate physical signs and correct abnormal complement levels and regulate cellular immunity for the patient of chronic fatigue syndrome
