摘 要: | 综述红曲霉产生抑菌物质和桔青霉等方面的研究现状和新的进展。在红曲霉的次级代谢产物中,红曲色素、橙色素、ankalactone、monascidinA具有抑菌作用,而且monascidinA的化学结构与桔青霉素的化学结构类似。有必要对抑菌物质与桔青霉素之间的关系进行探讨研究

Abstract: | his article summarizes the research trends of the antibiotic substances and citrinin from Monascus sp.It was suggested that amon the second metabolites from Monascus,Monascus pigments,orange pigments,ankalactone and monascidin A have antibacterial activity,but also the chemical stucture of monascidin A and citrinin is similar.Therefore it is necessary to study the relationship between antibiotic substance from monascus and citrinin. |
