肠镜下大肠息肉切除的临床观察

[目的]探讨电子结肠镜下利用高频电治疗大肠息肉的临床效果。[方法]对56例大肠息肉患者在电子结肠镜下利用高频电治疗,并发出血者给予常规止血治疗,术后将切除息肉标本行病理检查。[结果]所有患者依据息肉数量均给予1次或者多次治疗均成功,并发少量出血2例,经再次电凝止血成功,未发生肠穿孔。切除93颗息肉中,腺瘤性息肉35颗(癌变6颗),炎性息肉21颗,绒毛状息肉13颗(癌变4颗),管状息肉31颗(癌变2颗),增生性息肉21颗,混合性息肉7颗(癌变1颗)。[结论]肠镜下利用高频电治疗大肠息肉是安全有效、经济实用的微创手术方法,值得临床进一步推广应用。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF RESECTION OF COLORECTAL POLYPS UNDER COLONOSCOPY
