| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤性假性动脉瘤的治疗方法。方法总结分析2003年1月—2010年12月经外科手术或行介入治疗的37例创伤性假性动脉瘤的临床资料。结果本组37例均治愈出院且获得随访,随访期间均无复发,1例发生上肢缺血伴臂丛神经损伤,1例发生支架移位。结论对假性动脉瘤应针对不同病情,制定个体化治疗方案,才能有效提高治疗满意度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the treatment method for traumatic pseudoaneurysm(PA). Methods The data of forty-two patients with PA underwent surgery and interventional therapy from January 2003 to December 2010 were summarized and analyzed. Results Thirty-seven patients were cure and followed up after discharged,no recurrence of aneurysm occurred in these patients during follow-up,but 1 case of stent shifting and another brachial plexus injury. Conclusion Based on different characteristics of pseudoaneurysm,individual treatment plan must be adopted to effectively improve the satisfaction degree of treatment. |
