| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自动蛋白印迹仪在抗可提取核抗原(ENA)多肽抗体谱的检测质量和性能。方法使用相同的免疫印迹法试剂盒,在同一条件下,分别用自动蛋白印迹仪和手工法检测血清抗ENA抗体。用自动蛋白印迹仪对已知阴性和阳性的血清标本各重复测定10次,以评价仪器检测的批内差异。同时用已知阴性和阳性标本各1份交替排列,各测5次,观察仪器是否存在标本间交叉污染情况。结果使用自动蛋白印迹仪进行重复检测10次的结果均一致,阴性和阳性标本之间检测结果无交叉污染,仪器与手工法的检测结果一致。结论自动蛋白印迹仪检测抗ENA多肽抗体重复性好,无交叉污染,可供临床实验室使用。
