自膨式金属内支架在治疗食管狭窄中的应用

目的；本文阐述了自膨式金属内支架在治疗食管狭窄性疾病，如食管癌、贲门癌、食管吻合口狭窄中的应用价值。方法：本组病例３７例，其中，食管癌１５例，贲门癌２例，食管吻合口狭窄２０例，采用自膨式镍钛合金金属内支架３８枚。在Ｘ线监视下，标定狭窄部位，先对狭窄区行球囊扩张后置入ＳＥＭＳ。结果：ＳＥＭＳ置入术本组病例成功率为１００％。术后病人吞咽、进食功能均得以恢复，吞咽，进食困难由术前Ⅱ级，Ⅲ级改善到０管癌术

Application of self- expanding metallic stent in the treatment of esophageal stenosis

Objective:We demonstrate the applicant value of self-expanding metallic stent(SEMS) in the treatment of striture diseases of esophagus,such as the stenosis of esophageal carcinoma,cardia carcinoma and esophageal anastomosis.Methods:In the group there are 37 cases,15 cases of esophageal carcinoma,2 cases of cardia carcinoma and 20 cases of stenosis of esophageal anastomosis.We used 38 SEMSs.Under the fluoroscope,we located the stritured parts,and set SEMS after dilating with esophageal balloon.Results:We have obtained 100% successful rate in SEMS operations.After operation the patients restored the swallowing function.Dysphagia improved from Stage Tow or Stage Three before operation to Stage O,Without serious complication.The living quality was greatly improved and living time prolonged.Conclusion:SEMS application is a new effective interventional method with an easy and safe operation in the treatment of esophageal stenosis and obstruction resulting from middle or late-stage esophageal carcinoma,which was well-received by the patients and approved by the clinical doctors.
