长骨液对骨延长家兔血清微量元素影响的研究

目的观察长骨液对血清微量元素的影响.方法实验家兔12只造成左胫骨中段骨延长模型,并随机分为对照组和实验组.实验组于术后第二天开始喂含中药长骨液的颗粒饲料,对照组则喂普通饲料.定期耳缘静脉采血,测定血清锌、铜、铁含量.结果①对照组血清锌、铁明显下降;实验组血清锌与术前比较无明显差异,血清铁虽呈下降趋势,但较为缓慢.②血清铜两组均较术前增高.结论长骨液能够明显减缓血清锌、铁的丢失,可能是其促进骨延长区新骨形成与成熟的作用机制之一.

Study on the effect of Zhanggu Fluid(Chinese herbs) on the changes of elements of serum trace in bone lengthening of rabbits

Objective To study the effect of Zhanggu Fluid(Chinese herbs) on the change of elements of serum trace in bone lengthening of rabbits Methods Bone lengthening models were produced in the middle part of the left tibia of 12 rabbits,which were divided into control group and experiment group.The rabbits in the experiment group were given feedstuff containing Zhanggu Fluid at the second day after operation and those in control group were fed with normal feedstuff.The blood of vein in the edge of rabbits ear were collected to determinate the contents of Zn,Cu and Fe in serum.Results After the operation,the contents of Zn and Fe in serum of control group decreased,but those in experiment group had no obvious change though the content of Fe decreased very slowly.The contents of Cu in both groups increased .Conclusion It is very effective for Zhanggu Fluid to slow losing of Zn and Fe in serum,which perhaps plays the role in promoting osteogenesis and bone remodeling in bone lengthening.
