等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的护理体会

目的：总结分析86例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术病人的术前及术后护理措施。方法：分析86例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者的一般资料、护理措施及结果。结果：86例患者在术后积极预防无一例发生电切综合征、出血及感染等严重的并发症。结论：经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者经过术前和术后有效的护理措施,能够防止各种并发症的发生,帮助手术取得良好地治疗效果。

Nursing Experience of the plasma resection of benign prostate hyperplasia

Objective： To analyze 86 cases of resection patients such as the prostate urethra ion preoperative and postoperative care measures. Methods： We analyzed 86 cases of patients undergoing transurethral prostate urethra and plasma general information, care measures and results. Results： 86 patients in the active prevention after case of serious complications of transurethral resection syndrome, bleeding and infection. Conclusion： The prostate urethra and plasma transurethral postoperative patients after preoperative and postoperative care measures, can prevent the occurrence of various complications, surgery to obtain good treatment effect.
