| 摘 要： | 目的：研究哮喘患儿发作期与缓解期血清ＩＬ－１２、ＩＬ－６与ＩｇＥ水平，方法：选择符合哮喘诊断标准发作期患儿２５例，缓解期患儿１１例，取其静脉血检测血清ＩＬ－１２、ＩＬ－６和ＩｇＥ水平，结果：发作期ＩＬ－１２水平明显降低，与缓解期比较差异有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。发作期ＩｇＥ水平明显升高，与缓解期比较差异也有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。ＩＬ－６水平在发作期升高，缓解期下降，但两者比较差异无显著意义（

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the levels of serum IL-12,IL-6 and IgE were measured by ELISA in 25 cases at stage of episode and 11 cases at stage of remission.Methods:The serum IL-6,IL-12 and IgE were measured by ELISA in 25 cases at stage of episode and 11 cases at stage of remission.Results:The level of serum IL-12 at stage of episode was significantly lower than that at stage of remission ( P<0.05 ).IgE level was higher at stage of episode than that at stage of remission( P<0.05 ).The IL-6 level was slightly higher in the episode stage,but the difference was not significant between the two groups( P>0.05 ).Conclusion:The chronic inflammation of the respiratory tracts is one of the main physiopathological mechanism of asthma.Anti-inflammatory treatments are necessary at stage of remission. |
