| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺疗法配合益智饮治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效.方法:选择60例血管性痴呆患者,随机分为针药结合治疗组和西药对照组各30例,针药结合治疗组给予针刺疗法配合益智饮,西药对照组给予吡拉西坦片,疗程均为4周.结果:治疗组临床痊愈6例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33％；对照组临床痊愈4例,有效11例,无效15例,总有效率为50％.结论:针药结合治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效明显优于西药治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Yi Zhi Yin to treat vascular dementia.Methods:60 cases of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with medicine treatment group of 30 cases and Western medicine control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy combined with Yi Zhi Yin,and the western medicine control group was given of piracetam tablets,the course of treatment was four weeks.Results:In the treatment group 6 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.Where in the control group 4 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,15 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 50%.Conclusion:The combination acupuncture with medicine to treat vascular dementia is better than western medicine. |
