77例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者生存质量评价

目的：评价青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的生存质量,并探讨应对策略。方法：采用SF-36（short form-36healthsurvey）生存质量问卷对77例AIS患者进行评价,并了解不同干预措施对其生存质量的影响。结果：77例患者生存质量总评分较低,与对照组相比SF-36量表中除生理职能无显著差异外,生理机能、情感职能、社会职能、身体疼痛、活力、精神健康、总体健康及生活质量均明显降低（P〈0.01或0.05）;采取支具、手术治疗后患者的生活质量值较治疗前显著提高（P〈0.01）.结论：对青少年AIS患者应采取合理的治疗手段并加强早期的心理干预,可提高患者生存质量。

Evaluation of Quality of Life in 77 Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Patients

Objective:To evaluate the quality of life in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS) patients and to investigate the relevant solutions.Methods: Short form 36(SF-36) health survey questionnaires were conducted in 77 AIS patients so as to evaluate the quality of life and find relevant solutions.Results: Except physiological functions,the scores for physical activity,emotions,social management function,physical pain,vitality,emotional health,general health status and quality of life were remarkably decreased in AIS patients compared with controls(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After treatment with surgery or brace,the quality of life was significantly elevated compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Proper management and early mental intervention can improve the quality of life for AIS patients.
