两种后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术式治疗单纯性肾囊肿的对比研究

目的 比较传统后腹腔镜和单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术两种术式治疗单纯性肾囊肿的优缺点.方法 回顾性分析采用传统后腹腔镜术式或者单孔后腹腔镜术式行肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料.结果 2种术式治疗单纯性肾囊肿均未见术中并发症,术后复查均未见复发；两种术式在术中出血量、术后禁食时间、留置引流管的时间、术后住院时间方面,均无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；在手术时间、术后下床活动时间、手术当天疼痛评分、术后并发症方面,均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 在现有条件下,在治疗单纯性肾囊肿这一疾病,单孔后腹腔镜术式并不比传统后腹腔镜术式具有更明显的优势.

Comparative study on conventional and single-site retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in the treatment of simple renal cysts

Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of conventional and single-site retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in treatment of simple renal cyst. Methods Clinical data of 27 simple renal cysts cases underwent conventional retroperitoneal laparoscopy unroofing and 12 cases underwent single-site retroperitoneal laparoscopy unroofing were retrospectively analyzed. Results Both methods had no complications during operation,and had no recurrence in postoperative follow-up. There were no difference in intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative fasting time, indwelling drainage tube time, and postoperative hospital stay between two groups(P>0.05). But operation time, postoperative activity out of bed, postoperative visual analogue scale, complications after operation of the conventional group were better than those of the single-site group with higher significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Single-site retroperitoneal laparoscopy renal cyst unroofing has no more obvious advantage than conventional one in the treatment of simple renal cysts.
