| 摘 要： | 目的:探究复方郁金片抗肿瘤的疗效.方法:以荷S180、艾氏腹水癌实体瘤小鼠为模型.用复方郁金片混悬液给小鼠灌胃观察复方郁金片的抑癌作用.结果:复方郁金片可使S180,艾氏实体瘤荷瘤小鼠瘤块重量减小.使S180腹水癌小鼠平均存活时间延长,并能显著提高增加S180荷瘤小鼠脾脏重量,提高荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率.提示复方郁金片具有抗肿瘤作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Compound Yujin Tablet.Methods:In this experiment of S180-bearing mice and ESC-bearing mice were established,and the inhibitory rate of the tumor was observed.Results:The experiment showed that Compound Yujin Tablet can significant produce inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor,and prolong the lifespan of S180-bearing mice.Conclusion:Compound Yujin Tablet can inhibit S180 and Esc growth at various extent.And these result indicated that its anti-tumor effect may be related to its potent effect on immunological responses of organism. |
