摘    要:
目的 空肠弯曲杆菌是一种重要的人兽共患病原体,可以引起人和动物的多种疾病。关于空肠弯曲杆菌对氟喹诺酮和大环内酯类药物的耐药情况广泛报道,本文就空肠弯曲杆菌对大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类耐药机制做一综述,对空肠弯曲杆菌大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类耐药机制的深入认识有助于该菌的控制,并为食品安全和人类健康提供重要保障。

Abstract:
Campylobacter jejuni is an important zoonotic pathogen that causes various diseases in animals and humans. The antimicrobial resistance in fluoroquinolone and macrolide of Campylobacter jejuni has been widely reported recently. In this article, we will review the mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance developed by Campylobacter jejuni, focusing on fluoroquinolone and macrolide resistance. The deep understanding for fluoroquinolone and macrolide resistance mechanism of Campylobacter jejuni could aid the control of this pathogen, which provides the guarantee for the food safety and human health.
