| 摘 要： | 目的：采用石蜡切片技术制作早期胚胎切片模型。方法：根据阴道脱落细胞检测法确定动情期最佳受孕时间，通过体内受精方法获得小鼠早期胚胎，采用石蜡切片技术制作早期胚胎切片模型。结果：将受孕小鼠断颈处死取各期胚胎，制作含有早胚石蜡切片。结论：本实验组为进一步对早期胚胎发育的研究提供了技术基础。

| Abstract: | Objective： To adopt paraffin section technique to obtain the section model of early embryo. Methods： The most favorable fertilization time was confirmed in estrus period by testing vaginal ex foliated cells; the early mice embryo was obtained by internal fertilization, and the early embryonic section model was obtained through paraffin section technique. Results： The pregnant mice was broken the neck to death, embryos of various periods were taken, and the paraffin section containing the early embryos could be made. Results： The experimental team have provided technology basis for further research of the early embryonic development. |
