| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手术室感染的预防与控制管理对降低手术感染的效果.方法：分析预防与控制措施实施前、后手术感染率.结果：预防与控制措施实施后手术感染率1.42％,明显低于实施前6.19％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：消毒隔离措施和感染监测对预防手术室感染有效. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of the prevention and management to reduce operation room infection. Methods： Analyzing the infection rate of operation before and after the implementa tion of preventive and control measures. Results： The rate of operation infection was 1.42% after the implementation of preventive and control measures, significantly lower than the previous 6.19%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Disinfection, isolation measures and infection monitoring are effective for preventing infections in operation room. |
