摘    要:
目的:检查阴道分泌物中的微生物,探讨季节对阴道感染的影响.方法:采集妇科门诊及住院患者阴道分泌物,采用常规方法进行细菌学检查,分析病原菌种类和季节分布.结果:1 856份阴道分泌物标本,检出微生物1 739株.加特纳菌检出887株,占47.79%;霉菌检出558株,占30.06%;滴虫检出222株,占11.96%;革兰阴性双球菌检出72株,占3.88%.加特纳菌和霉菌的春、冬季检出比例占全年检出的70.46%和67.92%,高于夏秋季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).革兰阴性(G-)双球菌和滴虫在夏、秋季检出比例占全年检出的81.94%和72.52%,高于春、冬季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加特纳菌和霉菌是阴道感染主要微生物,春、冬季感染率最高;革兰阴性(G-)双球菌和滴虫感染阴道主要发生在夏、秋季节.

Abstract:
Objective: To examine vaginal microbial and investigate the effect of seasons on vaginal infection. Methods: Vaginal fluid was collected from gynecological outpatients and inpatients, using conventional methods to test bacteria, then analyze pathogenic bacteria species and seasonal distribution. Results: 1 856 vaginal secretion samples were tested and found 1 739 strains of micro organism 887 strains were Gardnerella vaginalis, accounted for 47.79%; 558 strains of fungi were detected, accounting for 30.06% ; 222 strains of Trichomonas, accounted for 11.96% ; gram nega tive diplococci were 72 strains, accounting for 3.88%. Gardnerella vaginalis and mold were detected mainly in spring, winter, accounted for 70.46% and 67.92G, higher than that detected in summer and autumn, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Gram negative (G^-) diplococcus and Trichomonas were delected mainly in summer, autumn, accounted for 81.94% and 72.52%, higher than that detected in spring, winter, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Gardnerella vaginalis and mold is main vaginal infection microbes in winter and spring. Gram negative (G^-) and Trichomonas vaginalis vagina diplococcus are main microorganism of vagi nal infection in summer and autumn.
