摘 要: | 目的:分析茂康复合碘皮肤消毒液开启后的染菌量及其有效碘含量,探讨消毒液开启后的有效使用期限.方法:对开启后3,4,5,6,7d,并一直在使用的茂康复合碘消毒液进行采样,每个月每个时间点采集样本5个,共采样本150个,采用倾注法检测消毒剂的染菌量,并对有效碘含量、pH值进行测定.结果:除1个开启7d的茂康碘消毒液样本染菌10 cfu/ml外,其余149份标本没有检出细菌;所有样本的有效碘含量均高于厂家标示的最低有效碘含量;不同开启天数的茂康复合碘皮肤消毒液pH值差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:茂康复合碘消毒液在开启后连续使用7d仍然合格.

Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the bacteria and effective iodine content in Maokang compound iodine skin disinfectant after it's opening and explore the effective duration of it's disinfection. Meth ods : The samples were collected on 3,4,5,6,7 d in the using Maokang compound iodine disinfectant after opening, 5 samples were collected at each time point of month, total 150 samples. The contaminated bacterial was detected by agarose plate culture, and the content of iodine, pH value were analyzed. Results: Except for 1 iodophor disinfection solution sample, it was identified 10 cfu/ml bacteria in 7 d opening group, the rest 149 samples were not found bacteria; The ffective iodine content of all samples was higher than the lowest effective iodine content marked by manufacturer; The different pH values in Maokang compound iodine skin disinfection solution were not statistically significant in different opening day groups. Conclusion: Maokang compound iodine disinfectant still qualified after opening for continuous using 7 d. |
