声振动疗法在喉癌术后止痛护理中的应用研究

[目的]观察声振动疗法在喉癌术后病人止痛护理方面的应用效果。[方法]将87例喉癌术后男性病人随机分成两组,其中A组45例,给予声振动疗法;B组42例,给予喉癌术后常规护理。分别记录术后当天、第3天、第5天的疼痛变化情况。[结果]A组于术后当天、第3天、第5天的止痛有效率分别是53.3%、77.8%和97.8%,B组分别是26.2%、33.3%和71.4%。A组止痛有效率明显高于B组(P<0.005)。[结论]声振动疗法在喉癌术后病人止痛护理方面效果明显好于常规护理方法。

Application study on sound vibrating therapy for pain relief nursing care of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients

Objective:To observe the effect of sound vibrating therapy applied in analgesia nursing of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients. Method: A total of 87 male postoperative laryngeal cancer patients were divided into test (group A) and control group (group B) randomly. Patients in test group were given sound vibrating therapy. Patients in control were just offered routine nursing care. Changes of pain in all cases were recorded on the first, the third and the fifth day after operation respectively. Result: The effective rates of pain relief in group A patients were 53.5%, 77.8% and 97.8% on the first, the third, and the fifth postoperative days respectively. However, the effective rates of pain relief in group B patients were 26.2%, 33.3% and 71.4% respectively (P<0.005). Conclusion: Sound vibrating therapy has an better pain relief effect in nursing care of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients than the routine nursing care.
