风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用分析

目的 探讨风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选择2013年1月～2014年5月在本院接受血液透析治疗的患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施风险管理,比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组的护理满意度为93.48％,显著高于对照组的82.61％（P＜0.05）;观察组的医嘱处理不当、透析护理不当、不规范护理及护理投诉发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组意外事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 风险管理应用于血液透析护理管理,有利于提高护理质量,降低护理风险发生率,并提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用.

Application analysis of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management

Objective To investigate application effect of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management. Methods 92 cases of patients received hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The routine care was used in control group,risk management was applied in observation group on the basis of control group,nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 93.48%,significantly higher than that of control group（82.61%）（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of doctor mishandling,improper dialysis care,non-standard nursing and nursing complaint in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively（P〈0,05）.The incidence rate of accident in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The risk management applied in hemodialysis nursing management can improve the quality of nursing care and reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patient,it is worthy of promotion and application.
