行为疗法联合针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床观察

目的 探讨行为疗法联合针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的效果.方法 选取2013年5月～2014年5月本门诊部收治的80例单纯性肥胖症患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例.治疗组采用行为疗法配合针刺治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为95％,对照组总有效率为90％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 行为疗法联合针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症具有良好的效果,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation of behavior therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity

Objective To explore the effect of behavior therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods 80 cases with simple obesity from May 2013 to May 2014 in our department of organization out-patient were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Behavior therapy combined with acupuncture treatment were given in the treatment group,acupuncture treatment were given in the control group,the curative effects of two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,the total effective rate of control group was 90%,there was statistical significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Behavior therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity have fa- vorable curative effects,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
