摘    要:
以荧光素钠为气溶胶示踪剂,研究了粘质沙雷氏菌(70032株)和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(8017株)混合气溶胶在不同温湿度条件下的存活规律。发现粘质沙雷氏菌在空气中可分为快、慢两个不同的衰亡阶段,其气溶胶存活受温湿度影响;而枯草杆菌芽胞气溶胶看不出快、慢衰亡阶段,温湿度对其气溶胶存活影响不明显。

Abstract:
This paper reported the influences of temperature and relative humidity (RH) on the survival of the aerosols of Serratia marcescens (strain 70032) and Bacillus globigii spores (strain 8017). It was found that the survival of the aerosol of S. marcescens was influenced by temperature and RH, but the aerosol of B. globigii spores was very stable in all coditions of temperature and RH. The decay process of the aerosol S. marcescens could at least be divided into two parts: rapid process and slow process but there was no such a difference in the decay process of the aerosol of B. globigii spores.
