川芎嗪治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的研究

目的探讨川芎嗪对糖尿病慢性并发症的防治作用。方法将40例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组治疗措施包括糖尿病教育、饮食控制、控制血糖应用胰岛素或糖适平;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加川芎嗪100 mg静滴,1次/d,疗程2周。测定2组治疗前后空腹血糖、红细胞醛糖还原酶(AR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c),并测定UAER,血、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果治疗后治疗组AR活性受到抑制,HbA1 c水平下降,明显低于对照组及治疗前。2组均使UAER、血β2-MG下降,而以治疗组更为明显,尿β2-MG亦明显下降,但下降程度无显著性差异。结论川芎嗪是治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的有效药物。

Study of ligustrazine on chronic complication of diabetes
