| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同剂量甘露醇在治疗急性脑出血时对肾脏的损害。方法将120例急性脑出血患者随机分为半量组、全量组各60例。半量组用甘露醇125ml、全量组用甘露醇250ml进行脱水降颅压治疗,治疗前及治疗后第3、5、7天监测尿常规、血尿素氮、血肌酐,分析甘露醇对肾脏的损害。结果两组患者治疗后疗效差异无统计学意义,而对肾脏的损害在治疗后第5天差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,第7天差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论不同剂量甘露醇治疗脑出血时疗效差异无统计学意义,小剂量、短期使用对肾功能损害小。 |
