术前硬膜外吗啡与预先镇痛

目的：探讨硬膜外注射吗啡预先镇痛的可行性。方法：６０例子宫肌瘤和卵巢囊肿病人，随机分成２组，每组各３０例。Ａ组：吗啡１．５ｍｇ在切皮前注入硬膜外腔；Ｂ组：吗啡１．５ｍｇ在手术结束时注入硬膜外腔。术后６、１２、１８、２４、３６小时用视觉模拟评分法（ＶＡＳ）评定痛效果并观察恶心、呕吐、瘙痒等情况。结果：两组病人３６小时内ＶＡＳ评分在任何时间均无明显差异，两组恶心、呕吐，瘙痒发生也均无明显差异。结论：本

FAILURE TO GET PRE EMPTIVE ANALGESIA WITH PREOPERATIVE EPIDURAL MORPHINE

This study was designed to investigate the effect of pre emptive analgesia produced by preoperative epidural morphine. Sixty patients undergoing hysterectomy or oothorocystectomy were randomly divided into two groups. Bolus of morphine 1.5mg was injected into epidural space before the skin incision (group A) or at the end of operation (group B). The incidences of nausea, vomiting, pruritus and postoperative pain during the first 36h were observed. Pain scores were assessed by the method of visual analogue scale (VAS). The results indicated that there were no differences between the two groups. Conclusion: There were no pre emptive analgesic effect to be found in our studies.
