动脉硬化闭塞症三期与血液流变学指标关系的探讨

目的:探讨动脉硬化性闭塞症三期保守治疗预后与血液流变学的关系,为患者选择保守治疗提供依据。方法:根据中医内、外治法及基础治疗的疗效,将150例患者根据转归分为愈显组59例、好转组71例、未愈组20例。对3组患者治疗前的血液流变学数据进行统计学分析。结果:3组患者治疗前全血低切黏度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:动脉硬化性闭塞症三期患者全血低切黏可以作为预后情况判定的客观依据。
