赭石炮制前后矿相学研究

摘    要:目的研究赭石炮制前后矿相的变化特征与其成分溶出的相关性。方法采用电子显微镜观察赭石炮制前后的显微特征,采用X-射线能谱仪测定赭石炮制前后不同部位的矿物元素组成。结果赭石煅制后,表面特征发生明显变化,能谱分析显示赭石生品中Fe的含量均超过50%,煅制后Fe的含量仅为21.5%。结论赭石炮制前后矿相学发生明显变化,矿相学的变化与其成分溶出存在一定的相关性。

Abstract:Objective Pharmacological effects of Haematitum change significantly before and after processing, So it is necessary to analyze the structure of Haematitum before and after processing with methods and technologies in researching minerals. Methods Analysis the microstructure of Haematitum before and after processing with scanning electron microscope and analysis the elemental distribution with X-ray Energy Dispersive System. Results The microstructure of the surface of Haematitum changes signifi cantly before and after processing. The content of Fe is more than 50% in Haematitum before processing and the content of Fe is only 21.5% in Haematitum after processing. Conclusion The microstructure and elemental distribution changes signifi cantly bofore and after processing, and the correlation between these changes and pharcological effects need deeply research.
