细胞色素氧化酶在胎儿视网膜内分布和发育的组化研究

摘    要:
用细胞色素氧化酶(CO)组化方法研究了10例胎儿视网膜的CO分布和发育,结果显示,28周胎儿的视锥内节呈现高CO活性,随着胎龄增大,锥小足、内网层和节细胞依次出现高CO反应。至足月胎儿,CO分布已接近成体灵长类模式,相嵌排列已经形成,内网层a,b亚层明显划分。提示胎儿视网膜出生前即具有某些功能活动。

Abstract:
A histochemical stain for cytochrome oxidase (CO)activity was used todetect the devel-opment and distribution in retinae of ten human fetuses. The high CO activity in the innersegment of the cones appeared in the 28 weeks,Then,the cone pedicles, inner plexiform lay-er, and retinal ganglion cell layer presented high CO reactivity.In 40 weeks, the distributionof the CO stain was close to the adult pattern in the primates. The regular mosaic arrayswere also formed. The darker staining was observed in sublaminae a and b of the inner plexi-form layer.The results suggest that the retinae of prenatal human fetuses had some functional activities.
