镇江市某企业放射工作人员健康调查分析

目的了解某企业放射工作人员健康状况，分析长期接触低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康影响，为放射防护管理工作提供依据。方法对113名放射工作人员进行临床检查和实验室检查。结果该企业放射工作人员未发现明显放射性损伤，外周血、皮肤、心电图、淋巴细胞染色体、微核率和肾功能检查，不同工龄组间差异无统计学意义。结论虽然放射工作人员接受剂量较低，目前尚未发现明显损害，但随着放射工龄的增加和累积剂量增加，对放射工作人员的健康影响也会逐步显现。应加强放射卫生管理工作，做好工作场所和个人防护工作，定期对放射工作人员开展个人剂量监测与健康监护工作。

Analysis of Health Status of Radiation Workers in An Enterprise of Zhenjiang City

[ Objective ] To understand the health status of radiation workers in an enterprise, to analyze the effect of long-term exposure to low-dose ionizing radiation on workers＇health, and provide evidence for radiation protection management. [ Methods ] Clinical examination and laboratory examination was performed on 113 radiation workers. [ Results] No obvious radioactive damage was found in the radiation workers of this enterprise, and no significant differences of peripheral hemogram, skin, ECG, chromosome and micronucleus rate of lymphocytes, and renal function existed between groups with different length of service. [ Conclusion ] Although the exposure dose is low, but with the extending length of service, the cumulative dose is increasing which will cause some effect on the radiation workers＂ health gradually. Therefore the radiation health management should be strengthened to take efforts on both workplace and personal protection work, and to carry out the personal dose monitoring and health surveillance regularly.
