| 摘 要： | 近十年来我们采用自体肋骨肋软骨游离移植对２１例颞颌关节真性强直患者进行颞颌关节重建术，术后经过１～１０年的随访，功能和外形收到了令人满意的效果，Ｘ线检查示１７例植入的肋骨依然可见或已被下颌骨替代，有４例植入的肋骨吸收消失。

AUTOGENOUS COSTOCHONDRAL GRAFT APPLIED IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF TMJ DEFECTS |

| Abstract: | Autogenous costochondral grafts were applied in the reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint. In 21 cases with ankylosed condyles from 1985 to 1996. The results were successful in 21 cases. Recrudescence of ankylosed condyles has not been happened in any of cases. Xray showed that joint fossa was not damaged and joint space was normal. Postoperatively grafts still have existed or have been replacing by mandibular in 17 cases, and grafts were absorbed or disappeared in 4 cases. |
