经左锁骨下静脉穿刺行紧急床边心脏起搏

本文对6例危及生命的缓慢心律失常患者施行左锁骨下静脉穿刺紧急床边心脏起搏的方法进行了介绍。经左锁骨下静脉穿刺成功后,将自配的引导钢丝前端弯成60°角的弯曲,将引导钢丝穿入起搏电极内至顶端,将带有引导钢丝的起搏电极插入左坝骨下静脉大约35cm,不超过45cm,使其在45秒至1分钟时间内到达右心室,当时起搏良好。认为使用带有引导钢丝的起搏电极,可在没有X线的情况下在较短时间内迅速达到右心室,为抢救病人赢得了时间。

Emergent Beside Cardiac Pacing Through Left Subclavian Vein

Six cases with life-threatening bardyarrhythmias have emerged beside cardiac pacing through left subclavian vein were presented. A neddle was punctured into the subclavian vein beneath the clavicle. Then the guide wire was curved 60 and inserted through the pacing electrode. At last, a pacing eletrode was introduced into the right ventricle and fixed under monitering by electrocardiogram without X-ray. It took about 45 seconds to 1 minute for the electrode to reach the right ventricle. Pacing efficacy was good. We recommend using the guide wire inserted through the pacing electrode, introduced into the right ventricle in the emergent condition.
