| 摘 要： | 本文介绍2例经手术证实的肺动脉瘤病例,1例发生于右下肺动脉干,1例发生于主肺动脉干。前者呈圆形,后者呈长囊状,其囊壁有钙化壳影。2例于透视下及记波摄影均可显示有搏动。结合文献着重讨论了肺动脉瘤的X线表现及鉴别诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Two cases of pulmonary aneurism were proved by operation. One of them comes from right lower pulmonary artery and shows spherical shadow; other situates at the trunk of main pulmonary artery and shows elliptic shadow with calcified margin. Pulsation of them were seen on fluoroscopy and kymography. The etiology, mechanism, clinical symptoms and x-ray manifestation of pulmonary aneurism were discussed mainly with the literatures. |
