血管内皮生长因子在STZ糖尿病大鼠视网膜的表达

目的 观察血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导的糖尿病大鼠视网膜的表达，以探讨其在早期糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）中的作用。方法 选择健康成年Wistar大鼠40只，随机分成正常对照组（CON）、糖尿病1个月（DM1）、3个月（DM3）及6个月（DM6）组。大鼠腹腔内注射STZ诱发大鼠糖尿病，制备大鼠视网膜石蜡切片行免疫组化ABC法染色，光镜观察。结果 VEGF于CON和DM1组只表达于内核层及节细胞层部分细胞；病程3月时，尚可见视网膜血管的阳性反应。6月时，阳性反应范围又扩大致视杆内节和色素上皮细胞，结论 随病程进展，VEGF在视网膜的表达呈逐渐增强的趋势，提示它在早期DR的发生，发展中起重要作用。

The Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in the Retinas of Diabetic Rats Induced by Streptozotocin

Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in retinas of early diabetic rats induced by stoptozotocin,and then investigate into the functions in retinal cell apoptosis in diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 40 healthy adult Wistar rats were chosen and randomly divided into four groups of normal contrast(CON),diabetes mellitus one month(DM1),three month(DM3) and six month (DM6) groups.Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin(STZ)intraperitoneally.Retinal paraffin sections were stained by immunohisto-chemical(ABC)method and observed by light microscope.Results In CON and DM groups,VEGF's proteins were only expressed in the partial cells of inner nuclear layer and ganglion cell layer.In DM3,VEGF-positive reaction was also seen in the retinal vessels.In DM6,VEGF-positive reaction was extended further to the inner rod segments and the pigment epithelial cells.Conclusion The expression of VEGF proteins in the retinas of diabetic rats keeps increasing with the progression of diabetes.It proves that VEGF plays an important role in the occurrence and development of early diabetic retinopathy.
