| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)与超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)在心衰患者中是否具有相关性。方法:选择89例心衰患者与50例健康查体者进行血浆NT-proBNP水平与hs-CRP水平定量检测,并进行相关性研究。结果:心衰患者的血浆NT-proBNP水平与hs-CRP水平呈正相关性(P<0.01,r=0.885)。结论:在心衰患者中,血浆hs-CRP升高的水平可以反映NT-proBNP的水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore if there was relativity between the N-terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-proBNP) and the high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods:To detecte the level of plasma NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels about 89 cases of patients with heart failure and 50 cases of healthy subjects,whereafter,made a research into the relativity.Results:The plasma NT-proBNP level in patients with heart failure and the level of hs-CRP was positive correlation(P<0.01,r=0.885).Conclusion:In heart failure patients,the elevation of plasma hs-CRP level can reflect the level of NT-proBNP. |
