| 摘 要： | 目的 评价血清清蛋白、前清蛋白与超敏C反应蛋白在普外科手术后感染病人中的早期变化及意义。方法 选取术后发生感染的病人20例，就其手术前后血清清蛋白、前清蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白水平与20例未发生感染的对照组病人进行配对比较。结果 术后并发感染的病人血清清蛋白、前清蛋白以及超敏C反应蛋白手术前后的变化与对照组比较差异有显著性（t=2．33～4．59，P〈0．05）。结论 清蛋白、前清蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白对普外科手术后病人并发感染有一定的预测和诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the levels and their significance of serum albumin,pre-albumin and supersensitive C-reactive protein in early infection in post-operative patients. Methods The serum albumin,pre-albumin and supersensitive C-reactive protein in 20 patients with postoperative infection were detected pre-and post-operatively,and compared with those of 20 normal controls. Results The differences in levels of the albumins,and supersensitive C-reactive protein between the infected patients and those of the normal controls were significant(t=2.33-4.59,P<0.05). Conclusion It is of diagnostic value to determine serum albumin, pre-albumin and supersensitive C-reactive protein for postoperative infection in patients with general surgical disorders. |
