不同月龄婴儿乙肝疫苗免疫效果评价

[目的]探讨婴儿乙肝疫苗免疫的最佳时机。[方法]将孕期检测HBsAg、抗-HBc均为阴性的母亲所产的健康婴儿78例,分为对照组和实验组,分别于出生后24 h内、3月龄时开始乙肝疫苗0,1,6月3针免疫,全程免疫后1、6、12、24个月时以RIA法检测抗-HBs滴度。[结果]3月龄时开始免疫组全程免疫后1、6、12、24个月时抗-HBs滴度均高于出生后24 h内免疫组。[结论]HBsAg、抗-HBc均为阴性的母亲所产的健康婴儿3月龄时开始乙肝疫苗免疫效果较好。

EVALUATION ON IMMUNOLOGICAL EFFECT OF HEPATITIS B VACCINE ON INFANTS OF DIFFERENT MONTHS OLD

[ Objective] To explore the optimal month-age for infants to receive hepatitis B vaccine immunization. [Methods] 78 healthy infants whose mothers were detected HBsAg and anti-HBc negative in duration of pregnancy were divided into two groups. The control group was given the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours after birth, while the experimental group was given the first dose of Hepatitis B vaccine at three moths old. After the three doses of hepatitis B vaccine immunization, the titre of anti-HBs was detected by RIA at the months of 1, 6, 12 and 24 after the last injection. [Results] The titres of anti-HBs of the infants in experimental group at months of 1, 6, 12 and 24 after the last injection were higher than those in control group. [Conclusions] Hepatitis B vaccine would have better immunological effect ff the first dose is given to 3 months old infants whose mother are detected HBsAg and anti-HBc negative in serum.
