双环醇与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床病理比较

观察双环醇与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床病理差异。55例患者随机分为两组,治疗组29例给予双环醇,对照组26例给多烯磷脂酰胆碱,疗程36周。两组各20例治疗前后肝组织学比较。治疗36周,双环醇组完全应答率50％,部分应答率30％,多烯磷脂酰胆碱组分别为45％和15％,双环醇组在改善ALT、ALP、GGT和肝纤维化积分优于多烯磷脂酰胆碱,双环醇组血清GST—Px治疗后升高,两组治疗后MDA均下降。

Comparison of liver histology with alcoholic liver disease after treating with bicyclol and polyene phosphatidylcholine.

To investigate the therapy effect and to compare histological changes of the liver biopsy tissues taken from patients with alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and with ALT abnormal after treated with bicyclol or polyene phosohatidylcholine for 36 weeks. 55 patients with ALD were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group ( n = 29) was reated with bicyclol tablet, 50mg thrice a day. Control group ( n =26) was treated with polyene phosohatidylcholine capsule, 456mg thrice a day. The results showed that the rates of complete response and partial response in treatment group were 50% and 30% respectively. And that in control group were 45% and 15% respectively. The improvement of liver function and liver fibrosis indexes in treatment group was superior to that in control group. After treated with bicyclol for 36 weeks, the level of serum GST - Px was higher. Serum MDA decreased in both group.
