军队医院文职护士岗前培训需求的调查与分析

目的了解文职护士对岗前培训的需求情况．使对文职护士岗前培训更有针对性。方法自行设计问卷对87名军队医院文职护士进行岗前培训需求调查。结果文职护士对岗前培训的需求程度整体较高,对护理技术操作、战伤救护理论、微机操作培训需求较低,对培训形式需求存在较大差异。结论护理管理者要结合非现役文职护士特点和薄弱环节进行引导教育,制定出符合文职护士及单位实际的培训计划．以提高培训效率和效果。

Needs Investigation and Analysis on Pre-service Training of Civilian Nurses in Military Hospitals

Objective To understand the demands of pre-service training for civilian nurses and to provide more targeted training mode. Methods A total of 87 civilian nurses in military hospitals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire for pre-service training. Results The needs of pre-service training was at overall high level. The needs of nursing operations,trauma knowledge of war injuries and computer operating training were at lower levels. There was differences in needs of pre-service training modes. Conclusion Based on the characteristics of non-active duty civilian nurses and their weaknesses,the nursing managers should guide the direction of professional training with more practical training plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training.
