| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＳＥＡＰ型人工膝关节置换术（ＴＫＡ）的术后疗效。方法：采用ＳＩＣＯＴ／ＩＤＥＳ标准,对４５ 例（６５ 个关节）实施ＳＥＡＰ型ＴＫＡ患者进行随访、评估和统计学分析。随访时间为５２～８６ 个月（平均５ 年３ 个月）。结果：在能调查的２９ 例４３ 个关节中,疼痛膝占２３％ 。ＲＯＭ 均保持了手术时所改善的范围,而且术前有屈曲挛缩者也获得显著改善（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。ＦＴＡ 及人工假体设置位置同手术时相比无明显改变。２ ｍ ｍ 以上ＲＬＺ的发生主要见于股骨髁后方和胫骨外侧。结论：ＳＥＡＰ型ＴＫＡ的中期疗效满意,但持续性长期随访十分必要

| Abstract: | Objective:To study results of the southeast Asia Pacific (SEAP) Total knee arthroplasty.Methods:Twenty nine out of forty five patients (forty three knee,66 percent) had been followed by SICOT/International Documentation and Evaluation System (IDES).The average duration of follow up was sixty three months (ranging from fifity two to eighty six months).Results:Ten knees (23 percent) showed moderate pain.ROM was satisfactory,and the flexional contracture was corrected ( P <0 01).The change of FTA and the component setting angle was not shown on the radiological evaluation.RLZ over 2 mm was shown in the posterofemur and laterotibia.Conclusion:The results of the SEAP total knee arthroplasty over fiver year follow up were satisfactory.But,Long term follow up over ten years is necessary. |
