复合式小梁切除术治疗各型青光眼的疗效分析

目的 探讨复合式小梁切除术治疗各种类型青光眼、控制眼压及改善视力的疗效差异.方法 施行复合式小梁切除术治疗122例(132只眼)各种类型青光眼,术中使用抗代谢药物丝裂霉素C抑制滤过区瘢痕形成,并采用巩膜瓣可拆除缝线控制术后浅/或无前房,以获得功能性滤过泡和理想的眼压控制.随访半年.结果 术后早期浅前房的发生率低.术后半年,120只眼眼压控制在10.3～17 mm Hg,且术后全部形成功能性滤泡,手术成功率为98.48%.另将术前组(药物控制后)、术后组(手术后、出院前)眼压比较,行t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访期间,均未发现前房消失或变浅和低眼压等并发症.结论 复合式小梁切除术对多种类型青光眼的近、远期效果好,并发症少,成功率高.

Clinical effect of combined trabeculectomy for glaucoma
